How long do the sessions go for?Mentoring sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. There are times when we will need to go 45 minutes or so (you won’t be charged for this), particularly when unexpected circumstances arise.

Are they recorded?
Yes. If the internet is behaving our calls (recorded on Skype) are recorded and sent to you with a call summary and follow up steps to take.

Is there a refund policy?
There is no refund on mentoring. You are more than welcome to pause if circumstances make it too difficult to receive regular mentoring. Mentoring accounts are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (i.e you have 6 months to have 6 calls). The reason for this is momentum (or the lack of it), makes mentoring very difficult to be effective. It’s like exercising once per week versus once per day. The latter has so much more momentum, and therefore results.

Can they be in person?
Yes. If you are in Byron Bay on holiday I am happy to meet with you in person. The only other time I do mentoring in person is if I am booked for a full or half day.

Do you help big business?

What if I want mentoring but I don't have a business goal?
No worries! If your goal is to live your own Exceptional Life Blueprint then mentoring is a great way to keep you accountable to doing it. You don’t need a big goal. Being a parent, or simply being a human being, is exceptional in itself!
