Recipe 1 - Chocolate Pudding Cup

Here's the BASE

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (I've never used cocoa before. Do so at your own risk!)
  • 2-3 tablespoons unhulled tahini (some people prefer hulled. Whatever you wish 🙂 Start with 2 tbsp and up it to 3 if you want it richer and creamier)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (or until desired consistency is reached

Here's the additions I like to make

  • 1-2 drops peppermint oil
  • 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
  • A bunch of cacao buttons or Changing Habits Cacao Wafers (if you want a serious chocolate hit!)
  • Teaspoon Cacao Nibs (for crunch!)
  • Other ideas include coconut oil, orange oil, vanilla, fresh or frozen berries, and so on. The mind boggles!

Recipe 2 - Chocolate Milk

Here's the recipe

  • 5 dates (could go 4. Could go 6 or 7! 5 means per serve contains about 1.25 dates)
  • 1/2 cup almonds OR brazil nuts OR cashews
  • ICE (amount up to you) & Water to bring smoothie jar up to 1000ml (1 litre)
